The hotel's location was very convenient to reach with easy access to transportation and lots of dining options nearby. the hot spring experience was very relaxing, with clean and modern facilities. the breakfast offered a good variety of Japanese and western cuisine and was delicious. the staff was polite and courteous.
The room size was smaller than expected, which could be a problem with multiple luggage. the communication barrier posed a problem, as the staff didn't speak good English.

I loved staying at this hotel! The staff was incredibly friendly and accommodating, and the onsen was a great way to relax after a day of exploring this city. The location was super convenient, with lots of great restaurants and easy access to transportation. And the breakfast was absolutely delicious, with a great mix of Western and Japanese options.

We were pleasantly surprised by the convenience of Super Hotel. The location near the station and variety of nearby eateries made it easy to explore the area. The room, though slightly smaller than expected, was clean and comfortable. The onsen within the hotel was a great bonus, and the breakfast provided was excellent. we highly recommend this hotel for a comfortable stay in Fujisawa.
